“The theme is missing style.css”

You uploaded the outer buyer package. Unzip it locally, then upload lumina-edu.zip under Themes.

Program or instructor URLs show 404

Confirm Lumina Edu Core is active, then visit Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes once. Check that no page or plugin uses the same singular base. Structured URLs intentionally unregister when the companion plugin is inactive.

A programme has no next date

Confirm an attached Session has a valid future start date and is not authored Past. A closed session may still display with its label. Lumina Edu never invents a date.

Check that the record is published and still assigned. Removed relationships are omitted cleanly.

Demo import times out or media fails

Increase the host's PHP execution/memory limits through its supported control panel, confirm outbound HTTPS and review One Click Demo Import's result and import log. Do not assume a partially completed import is safe to publish; on a staging or backed-up site, use the scoped Demo reset and rerun the documented dashboard import after fixing the cause. Do not copy preview-only media into the downloadable theme.

Changes or dark styles look stale

Clear the specific page/cache layer, then reload while logged out. Check whether a Site Editor style customization overrides the theme file. Do not delete the database to clear CSS.

Form email does not arrive

Lumina Edu does not send form email. Review the form and mail provider configuration, sender domain, logs and spam folder. Contact that provider for delivery incidents.

An external URL is refused

Use a complete HTTP or HTTPS URL. Other schemes and malformed destinations are rejected. Test the target directly and make sure its privacy and fee information is current.

RTL or a translation wraps poorly

Update the translation, inspect at narrow widths and report a reproducible theme layout defect with the locale, route, screenshot and browser version. Content-specific wording remains the site owner's.
