Registration, forms, email and privacy
Lumina Edu links to external registration and consultation destinations. It does not include a form platform, enrollment database, CRM, LMS, calendar, membership system, payment gateway or mail service.
This page is the policy: what you are responsible for, and what never happens on your site. Connecting your own services is the practice — every seam you can fill in, a recipe per destination type, and the calendar file the plugin writes itself.
Your responsibilities
When you connect a third party, you are responsible for its account and fees, configuration, uptime, accessibility, security, email delivery, spam protection, consent language, privacy disclosures, retention, cancellation/refund information and applicable law.
If you install a WordPress form plugin, configure its sender domain and transactional mail. Test delivery to more than one mailbox and check spam folders. Use the plugin's documented anti-spam controls; do not collect information you do not need.
The theme and companion plugin do not store leads by default. A form or external provider may do so. Update your privacy notice to describe what actually happens, and replace the demo privacy starter.
Destination checklist
- Use HTTPS.
- Name the provider or destination beside the action.
- Verify programme, date and price context carries over accurately.
- Test success, validation, cancellation and back-navigation paths.
- Do not claim the visitor registered until the destination confirms it.
- Recheck links whenever a provider or programme changes.
No named third-party compatibility is claimed in version 1.0.0 unless the release evidence explicitly lists a tested integration.

A blank record field is not proof that no button will appear. Check the public page and the Destination column. Clicking an action leaves WordPress; success, payment, consent, mail and stored personal data belong to the provider you connect.
What the demo proves
Northline action buttons point to reachable https://example.com/ URLs with a
lumina-edu-demo query. That destination is intentionally not an enrollment service. It proves the
browser can leave Lumina Edu for another origin while making no claim that an enrollment, payment,
message or seat reservation completed. The release test uses a separate local receipt origin and
checks the same click without relying on a third party.
