Lumina Edu is sold on tailthemes.com. The price is on the store page.

What the licence gives you is the download, the support and the updates. "One site" is a term of the sale and scopes those; nothing on your site counts installations or checks a key.

How updates reach you:

The companion plugin updates from Dashboard → Updates, like any plugin. See how it checks.
The theme is updated by downloading the current package from tailthemes.com/account and uploading the new lumina-edu.zip over the installed one. See the steps.

What is covered	The theme, the child theme and the companion plugin: installing and setting them up as this guide describes, questions about documented behaviour, and defects.
What is not covered	Custom site building or design changes, entering or checking your content, legal or privacy review, third-party accounts and fees, outages of services you connect, email delivery, setting up form, scheduling or learning plugins beyond what Connecting your own services describes, and hosting administration.

If it does not help, write to support@tailthemes.com from the address you bought with, or mention it, so we can find your licence.

To get an answer in one reply, include:

the Lumina Edu theme and Lumina Edu Core versions (Appearance → Themes, Plugins);
your WordPress and PHP versions (Tools → Site Health → Info);
your browser and its version;
whether the problem survives deactivating every other plugin;
the page address and the steps that lead to the problem;
what you expected and what happened instead, with a screenshot if it helps.

Remove passwords, API keys and anyone's personal data before you send anything.

A reported accessibility barrier, a broken RTL layout and a security issue are all treated as bugs, not as support questions.

Changelog

The download contains changelog.txt, the full history. Read it before every update; it lists what changed in each version, including anything that needs a step from you.

1.2.2 — 1 October 2026

A patch to 1.2.1. Nothing in your content changes.

Fixed: Firefox could log "Image corrupt or truncated" for a photograph (found on the Teams page). The script that asks each photograph for a file as large as it is drawn changed its question while the first file was still downloading; it now asks only before the download starts, or once the file has arrived and only if it is too small. The photograph was intact.
Fixed: on Compare programs in Safari, each program's picture showed as a blurred sliver; it now shows the whole photograph.
Changed: photographs in a column that runs the height of the text beside it are asked for at the size they are drawn from the start, so a browser fetches one file, not two.

1.2.1 — 1 October 2026

A patch to 1.2.0. Nothing in your content changes.

Fixed: Safari logged "ResizeObserver loop completed with undelivered notifications" on Compare programs and after the compare tray. The script that asks each photograph for a file as large as it is drawn now measures a frame later; the photographs chosen are the same.
Changed: Compatibility says which browsers the theme was read in, and how.
Changed, for developers: Lumina Edu Core's clock, lumina_edu_core_now(), passes its answer through the lumina_edu_core_now filter, so a test site can read the page a visitor gets at another hour. On your site the Clock setting in Site details is still the switch.

1.2.0 — 30 September 2026

The redesign. No content type, taxonomy or migration was added; your records are untouched.

Three homes on one demo — Studio, Training and College — and fifteen inner pages in the menu, each opening on a title banner with a breadcrumb.
Photographs are part of the design. Each sits in a ruled timetable slot with a day, time and room on its rail. Departments, campuses, fourteen programs and five instructors carry photographs, and every home has a photographic night band and one Signal band.
A six-item header with the telephone, search and Book a consultation; a four-column footer with a strip of six photographs.
Motion in CSS only: sections rise into view, a photograph zooms slightly under the pointer, full-width photographs drift with the scroll. With reduced motion set, all of it stands still.
Lumina Edu Core 1.2.0: every section that states a record reads it, and a dated row leaves the page when its day passes, on a cached page too. New blocks: Next starts, Program board, Programs with a picture, Opening hours, Questions and answers, Campus facts, Campus programs, Department facts and Instructor's second photograph.
Site details keeps opening hours as rows, general questions and answers, and the Contact Form 7 form the Contact page's enquiry panel shows. Instructors and campuses take a second photograph.
Compare programs shows the featured programs side by side when nothing is chosen.
With the plugin off, every section shows a still example that names days and hours, never a date.
Testimonial pair leaves the inserter. It stays registered for this release so a page that uses it keeps working, and is removed in 1.3.0.
A new demo, Northline Learning Studio, with sixty photographs hosted by tailthemes.com and fetched by the importer; no photograph of the demo is inside a download.

Credits and licences

The download contains licensing/README.md, licensing/credits.md and the licence texts.

The theme, child theme and plugin code is GPL-2.0-or-later; the full text is licensing/GPL-2.0.txt.
The two bundled fonts, Bricolage Grotesque and Geist Mono, are served from the theme under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, with their licence files beside them. No font is loaded from another server.
Icons are inline Lucide paths under the ISC licence.
TGM Plugin Activation 2.6.1, which offers the companion plugin, is GPL-2.0-or-later.
The only artwork inside the theme is its own SVG stand-in plates and plans (GPL-2.0-or-later) and its screenshot.

The demo's photographs are not in any download. All sixty are AI-generated, hosted by tailthemes.com and fetched by the demo importer when you import the demo. They are for the demo and the live preview only; replace them with your own before you publish.

Northline Learning Studio and its people, credentials, addresses, telephone numbers, programs and statements are fictional demo content, not claims about a real school.
