what you get

One purchase covers one buyer, you or the company that paid, and gives you the source as a runnable Next.js project, the agent kit (AGENTS.md and the four shipped skills), and updates to that theme for 12 months.

The kit is yours to run locally. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any agent that reads AGENTS.md can keep changing the theme after you buy it.

All-access covers the whole catalog instead of one theme, for as long as the subscription is active.

/account lists the licenses on your email, each with the version it names and its download.

what you may do
  • Use the theme in unlimited projects, personal or commercial, including client work where the client owns the result.
  • Modify anything. Rebrand it, take it apart, keep the parts.
  • Deploy to unlimited domains and environments.
  • Let your coding agents read, install and extend it. That is the product.
what you may not do
  • Redistribute or resell the source, modified or not, as a theme, template, starter kit or component library.
  • Publish a paid theme to a public registry, package index or repository in a form the source can be extracted from.
  • Use a theme to train, fine-tune or evaluate a model that generates themes, templates or UI kits.
  • Share your license key. Access is per buyer.

Building your own site with an agent is the intended use. Using a theme as training data is not.

seats and teams

One purchase covers everyone in a single organisation working on that organisation's projects. There is no per-seat count and no seat to buy.

Agencies: your clients are covered for the work you deliver. A client who wants to build with the theme themselves needs their own license.

updates and versions

Artifacts are immutable. Every version you buy stays retrievable, and the license names the exact version you paid for.

Inside the 12-month window you also get every new version of that theme. After it lapses, everything you already downloaded stays yours to use unchanged; only new versions stop.

On all-access the same rule runs monthly: while the subscription is active you get every theme and every update. Cancel and access runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops. What you downloaded stays yours.

refunds and ending a license

14 days, no questions asked. If a theme is not what you expected, write to support@tailthemes.com within 14 days and we refund in full. Polar is the merchant of record, so the refund is issued there and the license is revoked automatically the moment it lands.

After 14 days we look at the order and use judgment. If we broke something, or a theme was not what its listing said, we refund regardless of the date.

Redistribution or resale ends the license immediately, with no refund. Nothing else does.
